  • Rocky logs onto the most crowded servers during daytime (while Canada/United States Club Penguin support is open), and logs onto peak servers while Club Penguin Support in Canada and the United States is closed. Rocky also does on foreign language servers during closing of Club Penguin Support. Foreign languages are considered as French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish.
  • If you notice a server that is usually un popular and gets popular really quickly, make sure to check this server. There is a high chance of possibility that Rocky is on this server.
  • Follow our two official twitter accounts: @ClubPenguinCP and @Chrisdog93. These accounts tweet when we have found Rocky.
  • When you find Rocky, click her playercard to add her as a friend, as well as receive her background. The background that Rocky is currently giving away is located at the top of this page.
  • Rocky is always crowded when she is found in a room. Make sure you open the chat log located at the top of the screen with the blue scroller. Once she types a message, it will appear at the top of the screen in that chat log. History

Rocky was first announced as a mascot on Club Penguin for the Ultimate Jam in 2012. Click here to view the post from Club Penguin announcing these mascots. Rocky is also in one of Disney’s hit TV shows, named Shake It Up. Shake It Up relates to music, which so does the Music Jam, and that is where Club Penguin decided to let them in. Rocky was announced with CeCe at the same time, her partner on Disney’s hit TV show Shake It Up. Rocky dances around on Club Penguin and makes cool moves, just like Club Penguin’s original DJ Cadence, pronounced K-Dance.

Below are many accurate tips to find Rookie on Club Penguin:
1. Rookie usually logs into the crowded servers during popular hours of the day. (9:01 AM PST – 8:00 PM PST) Rookie visits the less crowded servers during hours when less penguins are online. (8:01 PM PST – 9:00 AM PST)
2. Rookie can only be found in the rooms of the Box Dimension and ONLY occasionally does he visit other rooms such as the Snow Forts.
3. Like every other Club Penguin Mascot, Rookie does attend to take breaks. When he has not been found by anybody in the last 10 – 20 minutes, he is most likely temporarily offline.
4. To avoid thinking another penguin is Rookie, Rookie is a green penguin with red sunglasses and a red propeller hat.
5. When logging in Club Penguin, always look for a crowd. If there’s a large crowd in the middle of the room, there is a big chance Rookie in that room. If there is a large crowd that’s trying to get into another room nearby, it’s possible that Rookie is in the following room.
6. A quick way of knowing if Rookie is in the room is to go to the bottom of your Buddy List and click on the “Penguin’s in room” button (located next to the smiley face). Then, scroll down until you are in the section whose penguin name’s start with “R”.
7. Rookie attends to change server every 10 – 15 minutes, but keep in mind he is usually on several servers at once so make so to always refresh the tracker above.
8. Finding Rookie takes a lot of patience. The best way to find Rookie is to track with friends by either using Twitter, Chats, Forums and by adding penguins!
9. Always look for servers that are in the 3 – 5 full range (depending how popular Club Penguin is at the time). If there is a server that is usually not popular but is suddenly at 4/5 green bars or is full, then there’s a big chance Rookie is on that server.

Timeline of Rockhopper’s Events
March 7, 2005-Rockhopper and Yarr release Rockhopper’s ship, The Migrator. As Rockhopper says, she is a beauty, handcrafted by him. The Migrator has set sail to explore the Club Penguin seas on March 7.
March 8, 2005-Rockhopper and Yarr say their final goodbyes as they leave the island to explore more areas. A famous Club Penguin band has made a little tune for their leave, the Penguin Band. Other Club Penguin players wish them good luck.
March 27, 2005-Rockhopper describes to Club Penguin players of reaching a storm in the Northeast. He says “Oh what a storm! I can not describe.”.
March 29, 2005-The storm Rockhopper has seen blows him off course. He was hoping to see the eye of Club Penguin, but didn’t reach it, nor see the Lighthouse.
April 5, 2005-Rockhopper reaches an island. This island has water and fruit, but is vacant. He was wishing to reach the island of Club Penguin.
April 18, 2005-Rockhopper consults with Yarr about their voyage. They have not been able to find Club Penguin.
May 20, 2005-Yarr discovers a box full of Club Penguin items. They get clues that they are on the right path to reach the island.
May 27, 2005-Rockhopper, with his hopes up, reaches the vacant island again. He decides to name it.
August 2, 2006-Rockhopper searches the “Captain’s Quarters” for items, and he finds his Log Book.
August 2, 2006-Rockhopper and Yarr have discovered more than a dozen islands, and decides to fill up the ship with valuable treasure.
September 25, 2006-Rockhopper sees a lighthouse in the distance. He decides the lighthouse is too bright to be the Club Penguin lighthouse, but he sets sails with Yarr in that direction anyway.
October 1, 2006-After the long journey, Rockhopper is able to spot the Migrator from the Club Penguin island. He says “I will never forget the face on that frozen island”.
October 12, 2006-Rockhopper decides to make a catalog of items that he will sell on the Migrator while docked on the Club Penguin island.
October 27, 2006-Rockhopper sets sail back to exploring the seas. He says he will come back in two months.
November 1, 2006-Rockhopper has a new plan to find the Club Penguin island, with Starlight. He will use that plan to set sail to the island in the future.

Can I actually meet Rockhopper and Yarr?
Yarr isn’t able to be met. Rockhopper will be taking a walk with Yarr, just like a normal penguin with a puffle. Rockhopper is able to be met though, and you can meet him with our tracker above. If you find Rockhopper, you will be awarded with a stamp, and while you meet him, you can add him as a friend and even get his current background.
How many times can I meet Rockhopper?
Rockhopper is able to be met while his ship, the Migrator is docked on the Club Penguin island. You can meet Rockhopper unlimited times while he is on the island, although you can not get his stamp or background twice.
